Yoghurt and Honey Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp Massawippi Soya and Oats Miso
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Combine the miso with the vinegar.
- Add the yoghurt, honey, garlic and, while combining all the ingredients, pour the oil in a steady stream.
Tips and tricks
Serve with your favorite salad. Also delicious as a dip with raw vegetables.
