Shrimp, Tofu and Miso Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) tofu cut into thin juliennes
  • 2 radishes grated
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 can (100g) cooked shrimp drained
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso
  • 1 tbsp sake or white wine
  • 1 tbsp balsam or rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp liquid honey

 

Preparation

  1. In a salad bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Stir the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix. Serve and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
