Oriental Style Omelet with miso
- ½ brick (227 g) of silken tofu
- 3 tbsp Massawippi soya and rice miso
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 carrot grated
- ½ cup squash or zucchini grated
- 3 tbsp green onion finely chopped
- Puree the fist 6 ingredients in a food processor.
- Add to the vegetables in a mixing bowl and mix with a spoon.
- In a slightly oiled frying pan, pre-heated at low temperature, cook 15 minutes under cover.
