Miso Raw Vegetables Canapes

Ingredients
- 50 g extra firm silken tofu
- 2 tbsps almond butter
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Tips and tricks
Serve on raw vegetables cut in slices or in strips: mushrooms, cucumber, celery, carrots, zucchini, green, red and yellow sweet peppers, etc.
