Miso and Hazelnut Sauce for Pastas

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso
  • 1 tbsp balsam vinegar
  • ¼ cup hazelnut butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger finely chopped

 

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients one by one.
  2. Blend with a hand mixer or in a food processor.
  3. Pour on preferred pastas and mix well. Serve.

 

Tips and tricks

Delicious also with salad mix.
