Miso and Hazelnut Sauce for Pastas
- 2 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso
- 1 tbsp balsam vinegar
- ¼ cup hazelnut butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 tbsp hot water
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger finely chopped
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients one by one.
- Blend with a hand mixer or in a food processor.
- Pour on preferred pastas and mix well. Serve.

Delicious also with salad mix.
