Japanese Style Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water (1liter)
  • 12 prawns (if desired)
  • ½ cup (75 mg) bean sprouts
  • 2/3 cup (120 g) silken tofu cubed
  • 2 – 3 grated radishes (if desired)
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp (65g) Japanese Style Miso diluted in 3 tbsp cold water

 

Preparation

  1. Bring the water to the boil and cook the prawns. Remove from heat.
  2. Add the other ingredients, respecting the order. Serve.
