Japanese Style Miso Soup
- 4 cups water (1liter)
- 12 prawns (if desired)
- ½ cup (75 mg) bean sprouts
- 2/3 cup (120 g) silken tofu cubed
- 2 – 3 grated radishes (if desired)
- 1 green onion chopped
- 3 tbsp (65g) Japanese Style Miso diluted in 3 tbsp cold water
- Bring the water to the boil and cook the prawns. Remove from heat.
- Add the other ingredients, respecting the order. Serve.
