Francine’s Miso Pasta

  • 1 package of pasta to choice
  • 3 tbsp Massawippi Townships style miso
  • 3 tbsp pastas cooking water
  • 3 tbsp Orphée hazelnut oil
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds



  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. In a bowl, mix the miso and the cooking water.
  3. Pour the oil in a steady stream while mixing with a whip.
  4. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
  5. Serve and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
