Fisherman’s Pesto and Miso Sauce

4 servings



  • 1 medium size tomato coarsely chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric mixed with 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tbsp Massawippi soya and rice miso
  • 1 tbsp balsam vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Black pepper to taste



  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients.
  2. Puree with a handheld mixer or in a food processor.


Tips and tricks

Serve with white fish. Also very tasty as a dip with raw vegetables.
