Fisherman’s Pesto and Miso Sauce
- 1 medium size tomato coarsely chopped
- ½ tsp turmeric mixed with 1 tbsp pesto
- 1 tbsp Massawippi soya and rice miso
- 1 tbsp balsam vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Black pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients.
- Puree with a handheld mixer or in a food processor.
Tips and tricks
Serve with white fish. Also very tasty as a dip with raw vegetables.
