Allroots Townships Miso Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- 1 medium size carrot finely grated
- 1 medium size parsnip finely grated
- 3 radishes finely grated
- ¼ – 1/3 celeriac finely grated
- 1 fresh beet finely gratede
Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp Massawippi Townships style miso
- 4 tbsp white wine
- 2 tsp organic Orphée Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp organic Orphée olive oil
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
Preparation
- Mix the salad ingredients together in a salad bowl.
- Combine the miso, wine, mustard and garlic. Pour the oil in a steady stream while mixing.
- Add the yogurt and mix.
