Shrimp, Tofu and Miso Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 100 g (3.5 oz) tofu cut into thin juliennes
- 2 radishes grated
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 can (100g) cooked shrimp drained
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso
- 1 tbsp sake or white wine
- 1 tbsp balsam or rice vinegar
- 1 tsp liquid honey
Preparation
- In a salad bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.
- Stir the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the salad and mix. Serve and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
