Our slowly fermented, non-pasteurized miso contains 10 essential amino acids, is complete in proteins, rich in complex B vitamins, food/dietary, lactobacillus, antioxidants, isoflavones and dipicolinic acid, a strong chelating agent found in very few food products. Due to the magic of long fermentation, our products are a natural source of prebiotics, probiotics as well compounds and micro-organisms that provide a wide range of functional properties and play a positive role on health and nutrition.
