Udon Noodles with Almonds and Miso

4 servings

1 package of Sobaya Udon noodles (230 g)
3 tbsps Massawippi Townships style miso
2 apples peeled and grated
1 tsp turmeric mixed with 3 tbsps almond butter
Ground black pepper to taste
6 tbsps of the noodle cooking water
1 cup broccoli pre-cooked and minced

Boil the noodles. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients, add the cooking water and
mix well. Add the noodles and mix. Serve. Garnish with broccoli.
