Japanese Style Miso Soup

4 servings

4 cups water (1liter)
12 prawns (if desired)
½ cup (75 mg) bean sprouts
2/3 cup (120 g) silken tofu cubed
2 – 3 grated radishes (if desired)
1 green onion chopped
3 tbsp (65g) Japanese Style Miso diluted in 3 tbsp cold water

Bring the water to the boil and cook the prawns. Remove from heat. Add the other ingredients, respecting the order. Serve.
