Japanese Style Miso Soup

4 servings


4 cups water (1liter)
12 prawns (if desired)
½ cup (75 mg) bean sprouts
2/3 cup (120 g) silken tofu cubed
2 – 3 grated radishes (if desired)
1 green onion chopped
3 tbsp (65g) Japanese Style Miso diluted in 3 tbsp cold water

Bring the water to the boil and cook the prawns. Remove from heat. Add the other ingredients, respecting the order. Serve.

Massawippi Japanese Style Miso may be considered as a genuine longevity food. Organic and non pasteurized, it contains 5 seaweeds (nori, dulse, kombu, alaria and kelp) and 3 organic mushrooms (shiitake, reishi and maitake) rich in antioxidants, offering a wide range of health virtues.
