½ brick (227 g) of silken tofu
3 tbsp Massawippi soya and rice miso
4 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika

1 carrot grated
½ cup squash or zucchini grated
3 tbsp green onion finely chopped
Puree the fist 6 ingredients in a food processor. Add to the vegetables in a mixing bowl and mix with a spoon. In a slightly oiled frying pan, pre-heated at low temperature, cook 15 minutes under cover.
