1 package of pasta to choice
3 tbsp Massawippi Townships style miso
3 tbsp pastas cooking water
3 tbsp Orphée hazelnut oil
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Cook the pasta. In a bowl, mix the miso and the cooking water; pour the oil in a steady stream while mixing with a whip. Mix the sauce with the pasta. Serve and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
