Shrimp, Tofu and Miso Salad

2 servings

100 g (3.5 oz) tofu cut into thin juliennes
2 radishes grated
1 cup bean sprouts
1 can (100g) cooked shrimp drained
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

1 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso
1 tbsp sake or white wine
1 tbsp balsam or rice vinegar
1 tsp liquid honey

In a salad bowl combine the first 4 ingredients. Stir the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix. Serve and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
