Miso Raw Vegetable Canapes.

4 servings

50 g extra firm silken tofu
2 tbsps almond butter
1 tbsp apple juice
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Serve on raw vegetables cut in slices or in strips: mushrooms, cucumber, celery, carrots, zucchini, green, red and yellow sweet peppers, etc.
