1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp organic Orphée Dijon mustard
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Massawippi soya and rice miso
Mix the ingredients into a smooth paste, following the order. Spread generously on pieces of fish, slices of tofu, pieces of chicken or game. May be grilled on the BBQ or cooked with some oil in the frying pan. Prepared in advance, this paste may be kept 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
