Miso and Hazelnut Sauce for Pastas

4 servings

2 tbsp Massawippi Japanese style miso
1 tbsp balsam vinegar
¼ cup hazelnut butter
3 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp hot water
2 tomatoes diced
2 tbsp fresh ginger finely chopped

In a bowl, mix the ingredients one by one. Blend with a hand mixer or in a food processor. Pour on preferred pastas and mix well. Serve. Delicious also with salad mix.
