1 medium size tomato coarsely chopped
½ tsp turmeric mixed with 1 tbsp pesto
1 tbsp Massawippi soya and rice miso
1 tbsp balsam vinegar
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Black pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix the ingredients. Puree with a handheld mixer or in a food processor. Serve with white fish. Also very tasty as a dip with raw vegetables.
