Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

2 tbsp miso
3 tbsp white wine
2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic crushed

Combine the miso, wine, mustard and garlic. Pour the oil in a steady stream while mixing. Mix with favourite salad. Delicious with kidney bean salad.
