Soybean and buckwheat 3 year-old miso Gluten Free

Our organic non-pasteurized soybean and buckwheat miso is a gluten-free, multi-purpose condiment, surprisingly mild in taste, full bodied and slightly salty. It has undergone a natural, uninterrupted fermentation process of at least 3 years. It contains only certified non-GMO organic ingredients:


• Whole organic soybeans high in protein content. We prefer to use locally or regionally produced soybeans from the Eastern Townships, central Quebec or the Mauricie region.

• Whole grain buckwheat grown in the region of Beauce, Quebec.

• Sea salt.

• Natural spring water.

The grain is inoculated with Aspergillus oryzae and lactic bacteria such as Pediococcus halophilus and Lactobacillus delbruekii.


Our 3 year-old special soy and buckwheat miso is available in 3 sizes : 500g, 2 kg et 10 kg.
